HOW SOON AFTER PURCHASE WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All of my pieces are handmade, and I usually do not make a piece until an order is placed.  I generally ship the package out in one to two business days after the order is received.  

WHAT DELIVERY METHOD WILL BE USED?

I use USPS First Class shipping for all U.S. deliveries and USPS International for deliveries outside of the U.S. Once the package has been mailed, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation/tracking number for the package. You will be able to track packages mailed within the U.S.

USPS international First Class packages will not have tracking numbers, but you will be sent the customs number. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for international orders.
 

WHAT IF I NEED MY ITEM(S) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?

You have the option of choosing Priority Mail during check-out.  Priority Mail usually takes two to three business days within the U.S.

If you would like your package shipped to you via an express courier service such as UPS or Federal Express, please contact me before you make your purchase and I will add the expedited shipping fee to your order.

WHAT IF I WANT MY PACKAGE INSURED?

I don't normally insure my packages, and I (knock on wood) have never lost a package during delivery. But if you feel more comfortable having your package insured, please let me know and I will find out how much it will cost to insure the package and add it on to your total price.

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKAGED?

Whether you are purchasing jewelry for yourself or for someone else, your item(s) will arrive in an attractive gift box.

CAN I GET A PIECE RE-SIZED TO FIT ME?

I offer a wide range of sizes for most of my pieces, but if you need a size not listed, please send me a message before you make your purchase and let me know your size requirements.  At that time, I will let you know if I am able to fulfill your request and what the additional price, if any, would be.

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?

If after you receive your item, you find that it doesn’t fit properly, please contact me to discuss sending the item back for re-sizing. Shipping it back will be at your expense, but the return trip will be on me.

WHAT IF I’M INTERESTED IN A PIECE THAT IS MARKED “SOLD OUT”?

Most items that are marked “sold out” are simply out of stock.  Please contact me and let me know which piece you are interested in.  I will let you know approximately how long it will take before the item is back in stock.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. I hope that all my customers are satisfied with their purchase, but if you are not happy once you receive your item(s), please contact me immediately to make arrangements for an exchange.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please contact me here or send an e-mail to tali@jewelrybytali.com for the return mailing address. Refunds will be processed as soon as I receive the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

DO YOU OFFER A BULK PURCHASE DISCOUNT RATE IF I PURCHASE SEVERAL OF THE SAME ITEM?

Yes. If you purchase five or more of the same item (for example, five necklaces for your bridesmaids), I offer a 25 percent discount off the total purchase price.  Please contact me to discuss your purchase and discount.
