WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I except all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Payments and Google Pay.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
I use USPS First Class shipping for all U.S. deliveries and USPS International for deliveries outside of the U.S. Once the package has been mailed, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation/tracking number for the package. You will be able to track packages mailed within the U.S.
USPS international First Class packages will not have tracking numbers, but you will be sent the customs number. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for international orders.
HOW SOON AFTER PURCHASE WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
All of my pieces are handmade and I usually do not make a piece until an order is placed. I generally ship the package out in one to two business days after the order is received.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ITEM(S) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?
If you would like your package shipped to you via an express courier service such as UPS or Federal Express, please contact me before you make your purchase and I will add the expedited shipping fee to your order.
WHAT IF I WANT MY PACKAGE INSURED?
I don't normally insure my packages, and I (knock on wood) have never lost a package during delivery. But if you feel more comfortable having your package insured, please let me know and I will find out how much it will cost to insure the package and add it on to your total price.
HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKAGED?
Whether you are purchasing jewelry for yourself or for someone else, your item(s) will arrive in an attractive gift box.
CAN I GET A PIECE RE-SIZED TO FIT ME?
Yes, you can. I list the length of my pieces in the item descriptions, but I realize that one size never fits all. If you need a necklace or bracelet made a little shorter or longer, please send me a message either during or after you make your purchase and let me know your size requirements. I will make the necessary adjustment before shipping at no extra charge.
Or, if once you receive your item, you find that it doesn’t fit properly, please contact me to discuss sending the item back for re-sizing. Shipping it back will be at your expense, but the return trip will be on me.
WHAT IF I’M INTERESTED IN A PIECE THAT IS MARKED “SOLD OUT”?
Most items that are marked “sold out” can be duplicated. Please contact me and let me know which piece you are interested in. I will let you know how long it will take to duplicate the item. Once you purchase the item, I will make another one for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes. I hope that all of my customers are satisfied with their purchase, but if you are not happy once you receive your item(s), please contact me immediately to make arrangements for an exchange.
CAN I GET AN ITEM REPAIRED?
Yes. I realize that no matter how well a piece is made, that things happen. That is why I offer a lifetime warranty for my designs. Please contact me to make arrangements to send the piece back for repair.
Please note, postage to return items for repairs are paid by the purchaser, but I will cover the cost to return the item to you.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please contact me on my website or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for the return mailing address. Refunds will be processed as soon as I receive the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
DO YOU OFFER A BULK PURCHASE DISCOUNT RATE IF I PURCHASE SEVERAL OF THE SAME ITEM?
Yes. If you purchase five or more of the same item (for example, five bridesmaids necklaces), I offer a 25 percent discount off the total purchase price.
